I need a price now — where do I start?
Drop your file on the instant quote: the price, the itemised breakdown and the lead time appear in about a fifth of a second, without an account.
Can you tell me if a job is possible before I order?
The engine refuses what it cannot make safely and names the alternative process instead — for example PVC is never laser-cut. If your case is unusual, e-mail the file and we answer within one working day.
Do you answer by phone?
We are a small workshop: e-mail keeps every technical detail and drawing attached to the answer. It is the most reliable channel we have.
Where do you ship from?
From Tuscany, Italy, across the EU (and to the UK and Switzerland with duties). EU businesses with a verified VAT number ship VAT-exempt.
