Questions we get before the first order

Do I need an account to get a price?

No. Quoting never requires registration. An account is created only when you place an order, and it automatically keeps your model files for reorders.

How accurate is the instant price?

Every quote carries a confidence label: firm, indicative or budgetary. Prices are itemised line by line — material, machine time, labour, packaging, overhead and margin — so you can see exactly what you pay for.

Which files can I upload?

STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP/STP, DXF, SVG, PDF, OFF and PLY. DWG is not supported — export DXF or PDF from your CAD tool.

Do you ship outside Italy?

Yes — we ship across the EU (and to the UK/Switzerland with duties). EU business customers with a valid VAT number ship VAT-exempt under the intra-Community rules.

What if my part is impossible to make?

The engine refuses jobs it cannot make safely (for example PVC on the laser, or parts larger than the machine) and offers the alternative process instead of a wrong price.
