How precise is the resin printing?
The Saturn 3 Ultra prints at 12K resolution inside a 219 × 123 × 260 mm build volume — strong for miniatures, masters and detail-rich housings.
When is 3D printing cheaper than injection moulding?
It depends on the part: for a 60 × 40 × 30 mm polymer part our engine puts the crossover around 150-200 pieces today (measured 2026-10-31; a lighter part crosses later, a simpler one earlier). Your quote prices both routes so you can pick the cheaper one.
Which resin do you use?
Standard resin for visual models and ABS-like resin for parts that must take a little abuse; both are selectable in the quote.
Do I need to add supports to the file?
No — upload a solid STL, 3MF or OBJ and the quote measures size and volume; orientation and supports are prepared on our side.
