Frequently asked questions
Which file formats can I upload for routing?
STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP/STP, DXF, SVG, PDF, OFF and PLY, up to 60 MB. If your CAD tool exports DWG, save the drawing as DXF or PDF instead — the quote works on those.
How thick can you route?
Up to 30 mm in panels such as MDF in a single setup. Every material in the quote carries its own valid thickness range, for example 3–30 mm MDF and 2–20 mm PMMA.
Which plastics do you route?
PMMA (acrylic), polycarbonate, HDPE, rigid PVC sheet, POM and HIPS. PVC is routed, never laser-cut.
Do I need an account to get a price?
No. Quoting never requires registration: drop the file, read the itemised price, and leave your e-mail only when you order.
